Why Boca Raton calls us first
A real person, 24/7
Nights, weekends, holidays — we answer and dispatch. Typical 60–90 minute response across the local area.
We show you the problem
Camera-verified work means you see the clog, the roots, or the clean pipe — not just a bill and a promise.
Upfront, honest pricing
We diagnose first and quote before we start. No surprise line items, no pressure, no invented emergencies.
The right tool, not the priciest
We use the least aggressive method that actually solves your problem — a cable when a cable will do, jetting when it won't.
South Florida specialists
Cast iron, clay tile, high water table, roots, and salt-air corrosion — we work these lines every day.
Clearing done right, repairs done legally
Cleaning is our lane; pipe repair goes through our licensed Florida plumbing partner under permit. Ask for the DBPR number.
Backing up right now?
What to do in the first five minutes
A backup can spread before help arrives. These steps protect your home — and the photos an insurer may want — while we're on the way.
- 1
Stop the water
Stop using every fixture connected to the backup — each flush and load of laundry adds to it. Shut the nearest supply valve if water is still rising.
- 2
Keep people & pets clear
Treat standing wastewater as contaminated. Keep children, pets, and anyone unprotected away from it until it's handled.
- 3
Skip the chemical cleaner
Store drain chemicals won't clear a main-line blockage, can damage old cast iron, and create a hazard for whoever opens the line.
- 4
Photograph before cleanup
If you may file a claim, photograph the backup, the water level, and the affected rooms — and note the time you found it — before anything is moved.
- 5
Note the pattern
One slow drain is usually local. Several fixtures backing up at once — the lowest ones first — points to the main line, which we clear from the cleanout.
- 6
Call for clearing
We answer 24/7 and diagnose over the phone so the crew arrives ready. Faster help means less spread and less to dry out afterward.

Local & owner-operated
South Florida drains are all we do
We're a Boca Raton–based drain and sewer cleaning company built around one idea: diagnose the problem before selling a fix. That means finding the real cause — cast iron scale, roots, grease, a belly, a broken lateral — and matching the right method to it, instead of running the same cable every month.
We work the pipes this region actually has: pre-1975 cast iron, coastal clay tile, PVC on a high water table, and lines that sit low enough to silt up every rainy season. And we keep clearing and licensed repair in separate lanes, on purpose.

Frequently asked questions
Yes. We answer the phone around the clock, including nights, weekends, and holidays. For active backups in Boca Raton and the immediate Palm Beach and north Broward area, our typical response window is 60–90 minutes. If several fixtures are backing up at once, stop using water and call us right away.
Stop using every fixture connected to that drain and keep children and pets away from any standing water. Shut off the nearest supply valve if water is still rising, and do not pour chemical drain cleaner into the line — a technician may need to cable or jet it. Photograph the backup before cleanup in case you file an insurance claim, then call us.
It depends on the fixture, the access point, and what is actually causing the clog. As a general guide from South Florida market data, a basic service call runs roughly $75–$175, cable snaking about $170–$700, hydro jetting about $360–$1,440, and main-line work about $250–$1,050. We diagnose first and give you the price in writing before any work starts.
Cable snaking pushes a steel cable through the line to punch a hole through or cut a stoppage — fast and effective for many everyday clogs. Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to scour the full diameter of the pipe clean, which is what grease, scale, and root debris usually need. We recommend the least aggressive method that will actually solve your problem.
A cable can open a path without removing what is really causing the blockage — roots, hardened grease, cast-iron scale, a low spot (belly), or a cracked pipe. When a clog keeps coming back, we run a sewer camera to see the actual condition of the line so you are fixing the cause, not the symptom.
It can be, when the pipe is sound enough to take it. A lot of South Florida homes built before 1975 drain through cast iron that has scaled and thinned inside, so we assess the line's condition first — often with a quick camera look — and set the jetting pressure accordingly. If a pipe is too corroded for full pressure, we tell you and adjust rather than risk a blowout.
A high water table and heavy seasonal rain put extra pressure on lines that sit low, and groundwater can carry sand and sediment into cracked joints. Rain doesn't prove your sewer is blocked — sometimes it's a storm-drainage issue instead — so we identify which system is actually affected before we start.
Yes. Drain and sewer cleaning is our core work, and we carry insurance for it. Repair or replacement of piping is handled by our licensed Florida plumbing partner — ask for the DBPR license number when you schedule and we will provide it. We never authorize repair work without showing you the camera footage first.
We do both. Homes, condos, and HOAs make up most of our calls, but we also service restaurants, retail, offices, and property-management portfolios — including scheduled grease-line jetting and after-hours slots so we do not interrupt your business.
Our hub is Boca Raton, and we cover Palm Beach County and north Broward for same-day and emergency work — Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs, Pompano Beach, and the surrounding towns. We also schedule work farther out across South Florida and the Treasure Coast. Call and we will tell you honestly how fast we can reach your address.
