How we earn a review — and how we ask for one

A review should reflect a real job, so that is the only kind we publish. We do not write our own testimonials, buy them, or generate them, and we never will — fabricated reviews violate Google's policies and the FTC's rules, and they insult the customers who leave honest ones. When we ask, we ask the same way every time: if the work earned it, we'd be grateful if you told other Boca Raton homeowners about it; if it didn't, we want to hear that first so we can make it right.

What to expect when you call

The experience behind a good review starts on the phone. A real person answers 24/7, asks which fixtures are affected and whether water is rising, and tells you honestly how fast we can reach you. On site, we diagnose before we quote, show you the price in writing, and — on anything recurring — put a camera in the line so you see the actual problem instead of taking our word for it. When we're done, we run the water to prove the drain is clear and haul away whatever we pulled out.

The standards behind every job

Good reviews aren't luck — they come from doing the same things right on every call. These are the standards we measure ourselves against, and the ones you should hold any drain company to:

• Diagnose before quoting. No price until we know what's actually wrong.
• Least aggressive method that works. A cable when a cable will do; jetting only when the line truly needs it.
• Camera-verified results. On recurring problems, you see the cause and the cleared pipe on the monitor.
• Price in writing, approved first. No surprise line items after the fact.
• A flow test before we leave. We run the water to prove the drain is genuinely open.
• A clean workspace. Shoe covers, drop cloths, and haul-away of whatever we remove.

As we build our Google Business Profile and other listings, verified customer reviews will appear in the section above and feed the star ratings you see in search. Why you won't find fabricated reviews here

It is genuinely tempting for a new company to paper over an empty reviews section with a few glowing five-star quotes. We don't, for three reasons. It's against Google's review policies and can get a business profile suspended. It violates the FTC's rule on fake and AI-generated reviews, which carries real civil penalties in the U.S. And it's simply dishonest to the customers who take the time to leave real feedback.

That's also why you won't see a star rating baked into our search listing yet: an aggregate rating is only shown once it's backed by verified reviews. When those come in, they'll be real, and the number will mean something.

How to leave a review in two minutes

If we've done work for you, here's the fastest way to help other South Florida homeowners find us:

2. Tap Reviews, then choose your star rating.
3. Add a sentence or two about the job — the fixture, the fix, and how it went.
